Placing an Order
Is the price for 1 wheel or a set of 4 wheels?
The price you see is the total price for the entire set of 4 wheels.
Why does my shipping address have to match my billing address for credit card payments?
We do this to confirm that the person making the transaction is the true card holder, which helps us avoid fraudulent transactions. This is also now required by banks to fight a rise in fraudulent credit card transactions.
Which tire size is best for my vehicle?
Let our experts handle that for you!
Just add the tires to your cart, and and when you contact one of our wheel experts, you can confirm proper sizing.
We even include FREE mounting and balancing, with FREE lugs and locks with your order of wheels and tires.
Wheels will be ready to install when they reach your door.
Delivery & Returns
How soon do you deliver?
Delivery normally takes up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the product.
NOTICE: With the increase in volume of shipping due to the holidays and the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping can take up to 15 business days to arrive. We do apologize for the extended shipping times.
What are your delivery charges?
The delivery charge will vary depending on the size of the wheels and / or tires and where it will be shipped to. You will see the exact delivery charge after correctly inputting your shipping address on your order before you check out on our website.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When your order leaves us, you will receive an shipping confirmation email by the end of the day your order ships – if you don't receive an email within 4 business days after placing your order, please email shipping@audiocityusa.
What's the status of my order?
Please ask your wheel expert how long it will be before the wheels will ship so you know in advance when you can expect your tracking information. Please remember that everything must be finalized from the customer’s end before order can be processed and forwarded to the warehouse. Please email shipping@audiocityusa.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, for international orders:
- We accept payment via bank wire transfer only.
- The merchandise will be shipped to the international airport nearest to your address (you will have to pick up the merchandise yourself).
- Delivery time can be 16-20 business days after the order has shipped and can take longer depending on the destination.
- Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of the wheels and tires and the shipping destination.

All returns without a RA code will be refused.
Financing
How do I apply for wheel financing?
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you're done, click "Check out with Financing".
- Choose "Financing" as your payment method and click "Proceed to Checkout".
- After checking out, you will see an "Apply Now" button. Click that button and fill out a quick 5-minute application with Progressive Leasing.
- Once you are approved, have your Lease ID ready and call (888) 814-1158.
What are the requirements to apply?
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid SSN or ITIN.
- Must have an active checking account.
- Must have an active credit or debit card for initial payment.
- Progressive Leasing is not available in MN, NJ, VT, WI or WY.
How does your wheel financing work?
- Quick 5-minute application. Instant Approval.
- One full year to pay off your purchase.
- Payments start 10 days AFTER you receive your order.
- You CAN be approved even with bad or no credit.

What brand of wheels do you carry?
Being an authorized dealer for the majority of wheel brands in the industry, we can get you just about any wheel set that you are looking for. We are one of the only companies that have our own CNC machining facility; we can custom drill bolt patterns and modify offsets. If there is a wheel that you want, but isn’t available from other companies for your vehicle, we may be able to customize a set for your vehicle. Please give one of our wheel experts a call and see if they can make your vision a reality.
